Amherst General District Court Records

The Amherst County General District Court is part of the 24th Judicial District. It handles traffic violations, misdemeanor cases, civil claims up to $25,000, small claims up to $5,000, and preliminary felony hearings. The court is located at 113 Taylor Street, P.O.
