Bedford County General District Court
The Bedford County General District Court is part of the 24th Judicial District. It handles traffic tickets, misdemeanor criminal charges, civil claims up to $25,000, and preliminary hearings for felony cases. Small claims cases involving up to $5,000 can also be filed here. The General District Court is located at the same courthouse complex in Bedford as the Circuit Court.
