Fauquier General District Court
The Fauquier County General District Court is part of the 20th Judicial District. It sits at 6 Court Street in Warrenton. The clerk is Ms. Whitney Danielle Thornton. The district court handles traffic and criminal arraignments on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 11:30 AM.
