Search Culpeper Court Records Online
Two free systems let you search Culpeper County court records without visiting the courthouse. The Circuit Court Case Information System covers civil and criminal cases filed in the Culpeper County Circuit Court. Culpeper General District Court Records
The Culpeper County General District Court is part of the 16th Judicial District of Virginia. It handles traffic violations, misdemeanor criminal cases, civil claims up to $25,000, small claims up to $5,000, and preliminary hearings for felony matters. Cases appealed from this court go to the Circuit Court for a full trial de novo.
