Grayson General District Court Records
The Grayson County General District Court meets every Monday. Traffic court sessions begin at 8:30 AM, and criminal court sessions start at 9:30 AM. Preliminary hearings in felony cases are held at 1:00 PM on the first and third Mondays of each month. The court handles non-felony traffic cases, misdemeanor criminal offenses, hunting violations, civil claims up to $25,000, and small claims up to $5,000.
