Brunswick County General District Court

The Brunswick County General District Court is part of the 6th Judicial District. It handles traffic violations, misdemeanor criminal charges, civil claims up to $25,000, and preliminary hearings for felony cases. Small claims cases up to $5,000 can also be filed here.
